407 Bentley University student-athletes, a conference high, qualified for the spring 2022 Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll by achieving a grade point average of 3.0 or better during the semester.

Thirty-nine recent Bentley University graduates are among the 2022 recipients of the Northeast-10 Conference Presidents' Award for Academic Excellence, an honor awarded by the conference to graduating senior student-athletes for their outstanding work in the classroom during their college careers.

Bentley Women’s Athletics Have Prospered Since Title IX Became Law

50 years ago, when Title IX became law, there were no athletics for women at Bentley University. A year later, field hockey, basketball and softball debuted as club sports. The following year, all three were elevated to varsity level, with Daryl Leonard the head coach of each.

Bentley Receives NCAA Presidents’ Award for Academic Excellence for 11th Straight Year

Bentley University student-athletes, who topped NCAA Division II in academic success rate for the fifth consecutive year, has once again received the NCAA Division II Presidents' Award for Academic Excellence. There are over 300 Division II institutions and the Falcons are one of only ten to earn the accolade every year in the program's 11-year history.

Bentley Cross Country Teams Finish 13th in NCAA East Regional

Both Bentley University cross country teams finished 13th during the NCAA Division II East Region Championships at Roberts Wesleyan College Saturday. There were 21 full teams in the 10,000-meter men’s race and 18 in the 6,000-meter women’s race.

Junior Nick Ondr (Ozark, Mo./Glendale HS) and freshman Caitlin Burmester (Willow Grove, Pa./Upper Dublin HS) were the top finishers for the Bentley University men’s and women’s cross country teams Sunday during the Northeast-10 Conference Championships at Saint Anselm College.
