Bentley's all-time winningest baseball team lands seven All-NE10 honors

Cory Bright, Steve Rizzuto and Tim Zupkus were all named first team All-Northeast 10 and six players earned All-Conference honors overall. Brendan Sencaj was voted to both the third team and All-Rookie team. Tyler Gonzalez garnered a third team selection and Gabe White was named to the All-Rookie team.

Falcons claim historic 29th win of the season

The 2024 Falcons are the winningest team in Bentley baseball history. With a 7-6 victory at Saint Michael’s in the regular-season finale Saturday, the Falcons secured their 29th win of the season. The previous record – 28 wins – was achieved by the 2009 and 2012 Bentley teams.

The Bentley baseball team’s final regular-season games of the season are on the road this week. The Falcons take on St. Rose Wednesday, May 1 for a make-up doubleheader, and then they travel to St. Michael’s for a three-game series, May 3-4.

Senior Eddy Beauregard belted his sixth home run of the season on Senior Day, but the Bentley baseball team lost both ends of a doubleheader against Saint Anselm Saturday. The Falcons lost the first game, 6-0, and came up short in the second game, 7-6.

Following a historic midweek win at American International, the Bentley baseball team returns home to celebrate its seniors this weekend. The Falcons host Assumption Friday, April 26, for a single game at 3:30 p.m. Bentley then honors its seniors Saturday, April 27, prior to a doubleheader against Saint Anselm at 12 p.m. The Falcons and Hawks meet again in Waltham Sunday, April 28, at 12 p.m.
