2022-23: Named to the NE10 Academic All-Conference team for indoor track ... 9th in the mile at the NE10 Indoor Championships ... member of distance medley relay team that was 6th at the NE10 indoors.

2021-22: At the Northeast-10 Outdoor Championships, was 17^th in the 800 (2:03.52) and part of the Falcons’ 4x800 relay that was fifth in 8:03.66 … during the outdoor New Englands, helped Bentley to ninth in the 4x800 (8:02.32) … best outdoor times were 2:01.70 in the 800 (Bryant) and 11:03.04 in the steeplechase (Bridgewater State) … indoors, was 16^th in the 800 (2:01.87) at the Northeast-10 Championships as well as part of the Falcons’ 4x800 relay that was fifth (8:04.11) … indoor bests were 1:29.77 in the 600 (Southern Connecticut), 2:01.87 in the 800 (Northeast-10) and 4:51.11 in the mile (Southern Connecticut).

2020-21: Was 16^th in the 800 at the outdoor Northeast-10 Championships, finishing in 2:08.71 … part of Bentley 4x400 relay that was tenth in the outdoor New Englands (3:28.66).

CROSS COUNTRY

2022: Ran at the New Englands with a time of 28:40 … finished the Suffolk Short Course Classic in 17:55.1 … completed the Ted Ownes Invitational in 29:58.

2021: Competed in four meets and finished among Bentley’s top seven each time … was fifth among Falcons and 122^nd overall in the NCAA Division II East Regional (33:41.4) … 108^th overall and sixth among Bentley runners in the Northeast-10 Championships (30:27) … D2ADA Academic Achievement Award.

2020: Bentley did not compete in any meets.

Before Bentley: 2020 graduate of East Lyme High School ... at East Lyme, played soccer for four years and tennis for three ... competed in indoor track as a senior and was planning on outdoor track before the pandemic hit ... won two Eastern Connecticut Conference singles championships ... 2018 New London Day All-Area Boy’s Tennis Player of the Year ... helped East Lyme capture the ECC Division I spring medley relay title ... was an honorable mention All-ECC selection in soccer in 2019 ... indoor track Team Player Award ... received 10 awards for academic excellence and a Book Award in history.
