CROSS COUNTRY

2022: Named to the CSC Academic All-District team … Academic All-Northeast 10 selection … Bentley's top runner in every meet for the second straight year … placed 27^th in the Northeast-10 Championships (23:33.7) and 31^st in the NCAA Division II East Regional (23:33.7).

2021: Was Bentley’s top runner in all five meets … highest finish was 17^th in the Suffolk Short Course Invitational Sept. 3 (12:12 for 3,000 meters) … was 31^st in the Northeast-10 Championships (24:37) and 44^th in the NCAA Division II East Regional (23:39.2) … USTFCCCA All-Academic.

TRACK

2021-22: During the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships, was fifth in the 800 meters (2:22.75) and part of the Falcons’ 4x800 relay team that was ninth (10:17.30) … outdoors, finished eighth in the NE10’s in the 800 (2:24.32) … also part of Bentley relay teams that were eighth (10:17.38) and 11th (4:30.38) … indoor bests were 2:22.24 in the 800 (Boston University) and 5:31.13 in the mile (Southern Connecticut) … outdoor bests were 1:06.13 in the 400 (Bryant), 2:21.36 in the 800 (Southern Connecticut) and 5:03.73 in the 1500 (Bridgewater State) … USTFCCCA All-Academic.

Before Bentley: 2021 graduate of Upper Dublin High School ... lettered in both track and cross country … helped team to track league championship every year … qualified for the states in the 4x8 in 2019 and finished sixth … track team captain as a senior … top times included 5:20 in mile, 2:19 in 800, 60.3 in 400 and 19:53 in 5K (cross country) … National Honor Society.

Personal: Majoring in both accountancy and liberal studies with a focus in earth, environment, and global sustainability … member of the Students for Sustainable Business Club ... parents' names are Joanne and Jim Burmester … has one sibling, Rachel.
