DARTMOUTH, Mass. – The Bentley women's cross country team placed 11^th of 37 teams at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on Sunday.

Junior Caitlin Burmester was Bentley's top finisher for the second consecutive race. She finished the 5K course in 18:22.9 to place 12^th out of 280 runners.

Freshman Molly Capece was the next Falcon to cross the finish line, with a time of 18:54.3 to place 36^th.

Also competing for the Falcons were junior Brooke Neri ( 20:15.6), freshman Brooke Buotte (20:31.3), senior Anna Jones (20:54.4), sophomore Riley Hamel (21:14.9), sophomore Leesil Gilbert (22:04.6) and senior Natalia Moulding (23:29.6).

Bentley's next competition is the New Englands on Oct. 7.
