WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley University's Tiffany Suchanek (Waterville, Maine/Waterville) was tabbed the Northeast-10 Women's Tennis Rookie of the Week, the conference announced on Tuesday. It's the second time in three weeks she's won the award.

In Bentley's only match last week, a 5-4 defeat to Roberts Wesleyan on Saturday, she won the No. 3 singles match by a 6-4, 6-3 score. That was her third singles victory in four matches, and boosted her singles record to 7-6 on the season, and 6-5 in matches played in the No. 3 spot.

Suchanek was previously named Rookie of the Week on March 14 after a stretch where she went 2-1 in singles and 3-1 in doubles on Bentley's spring break trip.

Bentley (13-8) is back on the courts on Sunday at Endicott.
