EASTON, Mass. – Junior Rachael Litton (Burlington, Ontario/Nelson) won in No. 3 singles, but Stonehill took an 8-1 victory over the Bentley women's tennis team in Northeast-10 play at the indoor Sally Blair Ames Complex.

Litton took the first set from freshman Katie Gilligan 6-2, but Gilligan won the second 6-4 to force a third set. In the decider, Litton came out on top 10-6 to claim the match.

But the Skyhawks claimed the other matches, including all three doubles, to improve to 9-3 on the season and 7-0 in the NE-10. Bentley drops to 4-8 and 4-1 in the NE-10.

The Falcons are back on the courts on Saturday when they face Saint Michael's at noon.
