Almog and Nuzback Repeat as NE10 Weekly Award Winners

WALTHAM, Mass. – For the second straight week, Jordan Nuzback was selected as the Northeast-10 Women's Swimmer of the Week and Hilla Almog as the Women's Diver of the Week.

Nuzback collected two individual wins and helped the 200 medley relay team to a first place finish in Bentley's dual meet triumph over Bridgewater State last Thursday.

She won the 100 butterfly with a time of 1:00.39, which was a meet record and a top-10 time in the NE10 this season. She was also first in the 50 free at 26.11, which was just off her season best of 26.08 at the Gompei meet in December.

Almog is the Diver of the Week for the sixth time this season and 10th time in her career.

She completed an undefeated dual season by winning the 1 and 3 meter dives against Bridgewater State. She scored a 290.25 in the 1 meter (six dives), just four points off her season high of 294.53, which is also the highest score in that event in the NE10 this season.

She scored a 267.90 in the 3 meter (six dives). She also owns the NE10's top score in that event this season at 276.52.

Bentley's next competition is the Northeast-10 Championships from February 15-18 in Worcester, on the campus of WPI.
