Worcester, Mass. – The Bentley swimming and diving teams are third after the first day of competition at the WPI Gompei Invitational.

The scoring combines both the women's and men's teams and Bentley amassed 1208 points. Bryant is in first place with 2860.5 and WPI is in second place with 1836 points.

Skyla Lang claimed second in the 200 IM A final with a time of 2:09.20 and Lily Rice won the C final in that event in 2:15.27.

Lang came back and was third in the 200 breast stroke in 2:24.39.

Caroline Ubert won the B final in the 100 fly in 58.86.
