Bridge & Mancini Receive Diver of the Week Honors from Northeast-10

                WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley University seniors Colton Bridge (Tolland, Conn./Tolland HS) and Nicola Mancini (Falmouth, Maine/Falmouth HS) have been named the Diving Athletes of the Week in the Northeast-10 Conference following their strong performances last week in meets with St. Michael's College and Keene State College.

Bridge was selected as the Men's Diver of the Week for the sixth time this season and the 18th time in his career, Mancini was the choice for Women's Diver of the Week for the fifth time this year and the 22nd time overall.

Bridge extended his unbeaten run to 14 by sweeping the diving against St. Michael's with scores  of 288.60 in the one-meter and a school-record 305.40 in the three-meter.  The unbeaten streak ended at Keene where he was first in the three-meter (276.50) and second off the three-meter (279.10).

His record in the three-meter lasted less than a week as he broken it again Tuesday with a 318.30 during a dual at Babson.

Mancini, a three-time All-America, recorded three 300-point performances and a pair school records while sweeping the diving in a pair of duals. Against St. Michael's, she broke her own school records in both the one-meter (308.17) and three-meter (322.88). At Keene, Mancini posted winning scores of 262.85 (one-meter) and 314.15 (three-meter).

Two other Falcons, sophomore Aidan Karam (Norwich, Conn./Norwich Free Academy) and freshman Kate Kaduboski (Dedham/Dedham HS), were named to the Northeast-10 Weekly Honor Roll for their efforts.

Kaduboski went into the pool eight times in the two meets and finished first in six of those races. She won two individual races in each, the 100 free (56.58) and 200 free (2:02.48) against the St. Michael's and the 100 back (1:01.76) and 200 back (2:11.27) against Keene State.

Karam recorded three first-place finishes during the week, including victories in the 1000 yard freestyle against both St. Michael's (10:40.92) and Keene State (10:12.17). He also won the 500 at Keene (4:55.88), was second in the 500 against the Purple Knights (5:04.99) and was part of the Falcons' 200 free relay that as second at Keene in 1:31.04.

Bentley will complete its dual schedule next Tuesday at Bridgewater State.
