Breaststroke, individual medley … 2009 graduate of Brewer High School who is majoring in accountancy and liberal studies, with a concentration in global studies … one of two All-Americas in Bentley swimming history, having earned the honor with a sixth place finish in the 2011 NCAA Division II Championships … nine-time All-Northeast-10 honoree (first-team once, second-team eight times) … began senior year as school record holder in 50 yard freestyle (23.73, set in February 2012), 50 breaststroke (29.68, Feb. 2010), 100 breast (1:03.50, Mar. 2011 and Feb. 2012), 100 individual medley (1:02.23, Nov. 2010) and 200 IM (2:09.74, Mar. 2011) … her name is also attached to four of the five relay records … also ranks second in school history in the 50 fly (26.21), 100 fly (56.89) and 200 breast (2:23.59), and is tenth in the 100 free (55.72) … 2011-12 Season: first-team All-Northeast-10 in 100 breast and second-team All-NE-10 in 200 medley and 400 medley relays  … in addition to winning that event, was third in 200 IM and fifth in 200 breast at conference championships … was also second in both 200 and 400 medley relays, and fourth in 200 free relay … won the 100 breast for a third consecutive year at the NEISDA Championships, and was also second in the 100 fly and fourth in 200 breast … helped Bentley win four relays as well (200 free, 400 medley, 200 medley, 400 free) … named to NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll five times … 2010-11 Season: became Bentley’s first-ever women’s swimming All-America by placing sixth in 100 breast at NCAA Division II Championships in San Antonio … four-time second-team All-Northeast-10 (100 breast, 400 medley relay, 200 medley relay, 400 free relay) … at the NE-10 Championships, was second in 100 breast, third in 200 breast and fourth in 200 IM, and was also a member of four medal-winning relays (three silver, one bronze) … captured both the 50 breast and the 100 breast during the NEISDA Championships, and was also third in the 200 breast … also helped Bentley earn four silvers in the relays … named to NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll Nov. 23 … 2009-10: 2nd-team All-Northeast-10 in 100 breast and 200 breast  following second place finishes in the conference championships … at that meet, was also fourth in the 200 IM, third in the 400 medley relay, fourth in the 200 medley relay and fifth in both the 200 free and 400 free relays … NEISDA champion in both 50 breast and 100 breast … was also second in 200 breast and four relays … NE-10 Women’s Swimming Athlete of the Week Jan. 26 … four-time NE-10 Women’s Swimming Freshman of the Year … Before Bentley: won state and New England championships in 100 breast … team captain as a senior … Personal: age as of Nov. 1: 21 … daughter of Cheryl Hodsdon.
