Ewen named top goalkeeper in NE10; Falcon trio earns All-Conference

WALTHAM, Mass. – Claire Ewen was voted the Northeast-10 Conference's Goalkeeper of the Year, the conference announced Wednesday. Ewen, along with Jillian Hendriksen and Bridget Gleason, received All-Conference recognition.

Ewen had a standout year for the Falcons with five shutouts and an .875 save percentage that led the conference. She was second in the NE10 in total saves (86) and earned two Goalkeeper of the Week awards during the season.

Ewen was also named first team All-Conference, and she becomes the first player in program history to receive the NE10 Goalkeeper of the Year award.

A center back, Hendriksen was named first team All-Conference. A junior, it's her third straight season where she's earned All-Conference honors. She played all 90 minutes in every match this season and helped Bentley post the third lowest goals against average in the NE10.

Gleason was voted third team All-Conference. She notched seven goals to lead the team, which was tied for seventh in the NE10.
