WALTHAM, Mass. – Following a weekend with two shutouts that helped Bentley to an unbeaten start to the season, sophomore Deirdre Macrorie (Winchester, Mass./Winchester) was named the Northeast-10 Women's Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week for the second time in her career.

In 200 minutes of combined action against Molloy and Dowling, Macrorie totaled eight saves in recording the third and fourth shutouts of her career. She made four saves in 110 minutes in net as the Falcons drew with Molloy 0-0 in the season opener Friday night.

Two days later Macrorie made four saves again in a 3-0 win over Dowling, as she helped keep the Golden Lions off the scoreboard after Bentley had raced out to a three goal lead after 28 minutes.

She was previously named Goalie of the Week on Sept. 8, 2014 after posting shutouts in her first two collegiate games.

Bentley is back in action on Wednesday afternoon when they open at home against Concordia. Kickoff is 4:00 pm.
