Johnson selected IWLCA First Team All-America

WALTHAM, Mass. – Maeve Johnson was voted a First Team All-America honoree by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association, the IWLCA announced Wednesday.

The senior from Duxbury, Massachusetts helped lead the Falcons to their second ever NCAA Tournament appearance and put up record setting offensive numbers in the process.

She set the program single-season records for both goals and points with 68 and 97, respectively, which surpassed the previous records of 66 goals and 93 points. Those records were set by Alyssa Ritchie in the 2009 season.

This is the latest in a number of accolades Johnson has received for the 2024 season. She was named the Attacker of the Year and first team All-Conference by the Northeast 10 and first team All-Region by the IWLCA.

Johnson becomes the fifth All-American in program history. She's the second to be named to the first team, joining Eliza Bresler (2019 & 2021).
