WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley University's Caroline Affolter (Newburyport, Mass./Central Catholic) was named to the Northeast-10 Women's Lacrosse Academic All-Conference team on Tuesday.

A junior midfielder, Affolter had a stellar 2022-23 both on the field and in the classroom. She was an all-around force for head coach Taylor Bastien's team, with 27 goals, 67 draw controls, 15 caused turnovers and 32 ground balls.

Those numbers saw her named second team All-Conference and second team Division II All-East Region by the IWLCA.

In the classroom she is majoring in finance, with a minor in computer information systems, and earned an impressive 3.80 GPA. She also earned Academic All-District honors from the College Sports Communicators.

Affolter helped the Falcons to another strong season in 2023 as they posted a 10-7 record and finished with a national ranking of 20^th from the IWLCA.
