WALTHAM, Mass. – Four members of the Bentley University men's and women's cross country teams, including four-time honoree Paige Fehskens (Wareham/Wareham HS), recently received All-Academic honors for the 2019 season from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

Also recognized were senior Ben Edwards (Morristown, N.J./Morristown HS), junior Soham Basu (Ridgewood, N.J./Ridgewood HS) and sophomore Samantha Bilodeau (New Ipswich, N.H./ Mascenic Reg. HS). It was the third straight year in which Edwards was honored.

In addition, both the Bentley men's and women's teams received All-Academic honors for their success in the classroom during the fall semester. The men's team amassed a 3.23 GPA and the women achieved a 3.42.

Individual All-Academic honors were awarded to those athletes who have compiled a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.25 and finished among the top 30 percent of eligible runners at the NCAA regional championship.

Fehskens, a senior majoring in both accountancy and liberal studies, finished 40th in the NCAA Division II Women's East Regional and Bilodeau, who has majors in information systems and audit control as well as liberal studies, was two places back in 42nd. In the men's race, Edwards was 49th and Basu was 73rd. Both are majoring in finance.
