NEW LONDON, Conn. – Competing only about 20 minutes from his hometown, Bentley University sophomore Holt Sihvonen (Lebanon, Conn./Lebanon HS) broke his own school record in the javelin and topped 200 feet for the first time while competing for the Falcon men's track and field team in the Silfen Invitational at Connecticut College Saturday.

Sihvonen finished first among 42 competitors in the event with his throw of 200'8.25" breaking the record he set last month at Bridgewater State by two-and-a-quarter feet.
