WALTHAM, Mass. – The Bentley University men's tennis team saw its NE10 slate of matches released by the conference on Thursday. The Falcons are set to open their season on Friday, March 12.

That match on March 12 is a non-conference match at Division I Bryant University. But following that match, the Falcons will begin their 10-match NE10 slate on March 16 when they host Saint Michael's.

All scheduled matches are subject to change based on COVID-19 health and safety protocols. The NE10's men's tennis schedule addresses interstate travel restrictions throughout the NE10 footprint

In addition to hosting Saint Michael's on March 16, Bentley is set to welcome in Southern New Hampshire (March 27), Adelphi (April 6), Franklin Pierce (April 10) and Le Moyne (April 20). There is also a non-conference match against Merrimack scheduled for April 22.

The away matches will see the Falcons take on Adelphi (March 20), Franklin Pierce (March 23), Stonehill (March 30), Le Moyne (April 3) and Southern New Hampshire (April 17).

Head coach Rick Edelmann, entering his 8^th season as the men's tennis program's head coach, welcomes back seven student-athletes from last season's team. He has also welcomed in two freshmen to the program this year.

The dates for the NE10 Men's Tennis Championship will be announced soon, as will the procedure for tournament seeding and playoff structure.

All teams will be subject to follow NE10 COVID-19 testing protocols, in addition to health and safety guidelines from their institutions and local communities. The safety and well-being of student-athletes remains the primary focus of the league.

Attendance policies for matches will be determined by NE10 institutions.
