Men’s Tennis Brushes Aside Le Moyne 8-1

WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley University picked up its third straight win to start the season with an 8-1 victory over the Le Moyne Dolphins on Sunday afternoon in Northeast-10 men's tennis.

After taking two of the three doubles matches, the Falcons swept all six singles matches. Junior Lucas Wever (Sao Paulo, Brazil/Chapel School) and senior Zach Tuckman (Kinnelon, N.J./Morristown Beard School) won in the top-flight, and seniors Victor Suski (West Hartford, Conn./William Hall) and Alec Spycher (Sarasota, Fla./Saint Stephens Episcopal) won in the second-flight for Bentley in the doubles matches.

Wever, Tuckman, Suski and Spycher all were victorious in their singles matches for two wins on the day. Junior Rodrigo Ribeiro (Sao Paulo, Brazil/Chapel School) and sophomore Andrew Waddington (Granby, Conn./Granby Memorial) were the other two winners.

Bentley improves to 3-0, all in the NE-10, with the win, while the Dolphins fall to 2-4, all in the NE-10 as well.

The Falcons play the final match of their fall season next Sunday at home against Pace.
