Le Moyne Takes Every Event for 165-117 Victory over Bentley

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Capturing every event, Le Moyne College cruised to a 165-117 victory over visiting Bentley University in men's soccer swimming action Saturday afternoon at the Vincent B. Ryan Pool.

The Falcons, now 0-2 on the year, received ten individual second-place finishes, including two apiece from seniors Sebastian Bury (Bellevue, Wash./Newport Senior HS), Colton Bridge (Tolland, Conn./Tolland HS) and Timothy Connolly (Dorchester, Mass./Boston Latin Academy).

Bury took second in the 50 yard freestyle (22.45) and the 100 free (49.95) while Bridge had the second best scores in both diving competitions (184.10, 254.30). Connolly was second to the wall in the 100 backstroke (55.99) and the 200 back (2:04.96).

Freshman Ryan McGeary (Paramus, N.J./Bergen Catholic HS) was also second twice, in the 1000 free (10:23.90) and the 500 free (5:01.75).

Bentley's other seconds were achieved by freshman Dima Stselmakh (North Reading, Mass./ North Reading HS) in the 200 butterfly (2:06.69) and junior Davis Wilson (Ransom Canyon, Texas/ Lubbock HS) in the 200 free (1:49.50).

Senior Tim Buff was a triple-winner for Le Moyne, posting the meet's best times in the 1000 free, 200 back and 200 IM.

Bentley will look for win number one when it hosts Roger Williams University Friday at 6 in the home opener.
