Men’s Lacrosse Looks to Return to NE10 Finals Wednesday Night at Adelphi

WALTHAM, Mass. – For the third straight year Bentley and Adelphi will meet in the semifinals of the Northeast 10 Men's Lacrosse Championship. Wednesday's game in Garden City, NY gets underway at 7:00 PM.

The Falcons won last year's game in the semifinals at home 7-4 to advance to the NE10 championship game for the first time since 1998. They met again one week later in the NCAA Tournament on the same field, only for the Panthers to turn the tables in a 9-8 victory.

This will be the seventh game between the two programs since the 2022 season. Adelphi won this year's game in the regular season, 12-9 in Waltham on March 16.

All-time this will be the 30th meeting between the two and the sixth in the postseason.

Bentley is the four seed in the NE10 Championship and sports an overall record of 9-4. They went 6-3 in the NE10 regular season and defeated the five seed Saint Michael's in the first round on Saturday 15-6. Adelphi is the top seed after they went 9-0 in the NE10 regular season and earned a first round bye. Overall their record is 12-2.

The Falcons are ranked 14th in this week's USILA poll and the Panthers are fourth.

The winner will advance to the NE10 finals on Saturday, where they will meet the winner of the other semifinal between the two seed Saint Anselm and the three seed Pace.
