Ethier Selected as PING All-Region for 4th Time; Yoder Also Recognized

WALTHAM, Mass. – For the fourth consecutive year, Bentley University's Tommy Ethier (Nashua, N.H./Bishop Guertin HS) has been named to the PING Division II All-East Region team by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA).

The PING All-East team also included Bentley graduate student Ellis Yoder (Fort Wayne, Ind./ Homestead HS), a first-time honoree.

Ethier was previously recognized as the Northeast-10 Player of the Year for the second straight year and All-Northeast-10 for the fourth straight season, including first-team honors for the third consecutive time.

Ethier posted a 74.5 stroke average this spring and finished his career with the best mark in program history, 74.5 He captured medalist honors at the NCAA Division II East/Atlantic Regional and was the only Northeast-10 player to qualify for the NCAA Division II Championships.

Yoder, a third-team All-Northeast-10 honoree, had a 77.1 stroke average during his final collegiate season. The 2020 CoSIDA Academic All-America selection earned both his bachelors and master's degree during his four years at Bentley and was recognized as the Northeast-10 Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
