Ethier Co-Champion of Saint Rose Fall Shootout

GUILDERLAND, N.Y. – A second straight one-under-par 70 gave Bentley University junior Tommy Ethier (Nashua, N.H./Bishop Guertin HS) a share of the individual championship at the College of the Saint Rose Fall Shootout Saturday at the Pinehaven Country Club.

Ethier's two-under 140 was matched by Le Moyne College's Jonathan Peltrin, who turned in a 71-69. The Falcon standout birdied six holes during the second round while winning his second career tournament as a collegian (2018 AIC Invitational).

Bentley's number two finisher was sophomore Ryan Daly (Beverly, Mass./Beverly HS), who tied for 19th in a 60-player field with a 73-79-152.

Bentley was sixth of nine in the team standings with a two-day score of 617. The team title went to Le Moyne, with a 592 and a five-stroke margin of victory over Franklin Pierce.

The Falcons will close out their fall schedule next weekend at the Le Moyne Invitational.
