WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley University senior forward and tri-captain Gina Lirange (Auburn/Auburn HS) has been selected to play in the 2014 Victory Sports Tours/NFHCA Division II Senior Game by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.

The game will be held on Friday, December 5 at the University of Louisville.

Lirange leads the Falcons in scoring for the second straight year and will enter Saturday's game with Southern Connecticut State, her final career home appearance, with seven goals and five assists for 19 points. Two of her goals have been game-winners for the 7-8 Falcons.

Lirange, a first-team All-Northeast-10 selection in 2013 when she had 12 goals and 31 points, currently has 30 goals, including ten game-winners, and 15 assists for 75 points during her career. She's a four-year starter who also excels in the classroom, twice earning Academic All-Northeast-10 honors.

After facing Southern Connecticut Saturday, Bentley will finish the regular season with games at St. Michael's Tuesday and Southern New Hampshire next Saturday.
