Bio

Matt Sidebottom, a 2011 graduate of Assumption College, is in his third year on the Bentley University coaching staff with his current duties including Run Game Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach. He also coached the o-line in 2014 and was also the team's Strength and Conditioning Coordinator. 

Sidebottom made the trek east from Worcester after three seasons on the football coaching staff at his alma mater. He worked with the running backs and tight ends in 2011 and 2012, coached the offensive line in 2013 and also served as the Hounds’ strength and conditioning coordinator. During his time as SCC, 19 of the program’s 27 lifting records were broken.

Sidebottom was a four-year starter at Assumption with his achievements including first-team All-Conference twice and Northeast-10 Offensive Lineman of the Year in 2010. The Franklin native was a team captain for the Hounds in 2010.
