WALTHAM, Mass. – Former Bentley University running back Andrew Brazicki (Franklin Park, N.J./St. Thomas Aquinas HS), a two-time CoSIDA Division II Academic All-America®, has been named one of three finalists for the 2021-22 Northeast-10 Conference Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year award.

The recipient of this year's award will be announced on June 9 when the conference hands out its year-end awards. The other finalists are Carlos Ferrando Felis, a men's soccer player from Franklin Pierce University, and Tobias Liska, a football player from Assumption University.

Brazicki, the number three rusher in Bentley history, was previously named the Northeast-10's Sport Excellence award winner for football as well as the recipient of the Edward J. Powers Award, which is presented annually to Bentley's premier senior scholar-athlete.

Bentley's leading rusher in each of his four seasons and an iron man who never missed a game as a collegian, Brazicki amassed 2,276 rushing yards, 2,873 all-purpose yards and 25 touchdowns as a Falcon.

His rushing total increased annually and peaked last fall when he ran for 724 yards while helping Bentley to a 9-2 record and the program's first NCAA berth since 2004. Brazicki earned Academic All-Northeast-10 honors for the third time and was a second-team All-Conference honoree.

A 2021 Magna Cum Laude graduate who has since been pursuing his MBA, Brazicki achieved a 3.68 undergraduate GPA as a corporate finance and accounting major, and has achieved a 3.72 in graduate school.
