WESTFIELD, Mass. – Junior Caitlin Burmester was a top-five finisher at the Northeast-10 Championships on Sunday at Stanley Park. As a team the Falcons were sixth.

Burmester ran the 6K course in 22:32.10. She improved by 22 spots from last season's NE10s and was named first team All-Conference.

As a team the Falcons improved four spots from 2022 and had their best finish since 2017.

Freshman Molly Capece and junior Brooke Neri were Bentley's next finishers and crossed the line back-to-back. Capece was 22^nd with a time of 23:54.80 and Neri was right behind her at 23:58.30.

Bentley's top-five finishers also included Anna Jones at 25:36.60 and Brooke Buotte at 25:45.70.

The next meet for the Falcons is the NCAA Division II East Regional on November 4.
