WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley University sophomore Jaci Buscher (Lakewood, Colo./Green Mountain HS) has been chosen for the 2013 Academic All-Northeast-10 Conference women's volleyball team, which was announced today.

Buscher, who owns an impressive 3.90 grade point average while majoring in both economics-finance and liberal studies, averaged 2.44 kills, 2.94 digs, 0.30 blocks, 0.28 aces and 2.90 points during her second Bentley season. The outside hitter was second on the team in kills, digs and points, and ranked in the top 12 in the Northeast-10 in total points and kills.

Buscher, who averaged 1.72 kills and 2.90 points during her freshman year in 2012, had a team-best 10 double-doubles this past season while helping the Falcons to a 17-10 record and a second-place finish in the Northeast-10 Conference.

A three-time member of the President's List, Buscher has been involved with the Waltham Family School Service Learning Program.
