SAN DIEGO, Calif. – A school record by senior Chase Davies (Marblehead, Mass./Marblehead HS) headlined the list of Bentley University women's track and field performances Saturday during the Triton Invitational at UC San Diego.

Davies turned in a clocking of 15.00 seconds, breaking her own school record, set at last year's Northeast-10 Conference Championships, by 0.26 seconds. Her performance put her 12th of 33 overall with nine of the 11 in front of her representing Division I institutions or club teams.

In the 3,000 steeplechase, senior Samantha Bilodeau (New Ipswich, N.H./Mascenic Reg. HS) finished in 11:55.47, the second-best time in program history.
