Bentley Falls to No. 29 Florida Southern in Spring Break Finale

LAKELAND, Fla. – No. 29 ranked Florida Southern won its 10th straight match with a 7-0 victory over Bentley University on Thursday afternoon.

The Mocs, who compete in the Sunshine State Conference, improved to 10-2 on the season. The Falcons, playing their 5th match since Saturday, finish their Florida trip at 1-4 after a win over Scranton on Tuesday.

The Mocs' No. 1 singles player Laura Vetter led the charge for them with her 7th win of the season. In doubles, Florida Southern's No. 1 doubles team of Vivien Charvatova and Neli Sunjic improved to 6-1 on the season.

Bentley will be back on the courts on Sunday, April 2 when they take on Stonehill.
