Bentley Drops 6-1 Decision to Adelphi

Waltham, Mass. – Adelphi improved to 7-1 on the season and won its sixth match in a row with a 6-1 victory over Bentley University on Wednesday afternoon.

Bentley's doubles pairings were sophomore Makena Romagnano (New Albany, Ohio/New Albany) and freshman Adriana Hiraldo (San Juan, Puerto Rico) in No. 1. Freshmen Remi LeSage (Sarasota, Fla./IMG) and Anna Lang (Madison, Conn./Daniel Hand) were in No. 2, and freshmen Rachel Holden (Pomfret, Conn./Woodstock) and Libby Keefe (Lowell, Mass./Lowell Catholic) were in No. 3.

The order for singles in Bentley was Hiraldo in No. 1, Romagnano in No. 2, sophomore Zoe Chin (Lexington, Mass./Lexington) in No. 3, sophomore Grace Bennett (Paxton, Mass./Wachusett) in No. 4, junior Alyssa Cook  (New Castle, N.H./Portsmouth) in No. 5 and Holden in No. 6.

Bentley's next match is scheduled for Friday at Holy Cross.
