Bridge, Mancini & Kaduboski Honored by Northeast-10

WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley University seniors Colton Bridge (Tolland, Conn./Tolland HS) and Nicola Mancini (Falmouth, Maine/Falmouth HS) were honored by the Northeast-10 Conference for their performance in Saturday's swim meet with Pace University, as was freshman Kate Kaduboski (Dedham, Dedham HS).

Bridge was recognized as the Men's Diver of the Week for the fifth time this season and the 17th time in his career, Mancini was the choice for Women's Diver of the Week for the fourth time this year and the 21st time overall, and Kaduboski was selected as the Women's Rookie of the Week for the first time.

Bridge extended his winning streak to 12 by sweeping the diving events against Pace. He put up a winning score of 255.44 from the one-meter board and recorded 239.84 points from the three-meter. Mancini, a three-time All-America, swept the women's diving events, recording winning scores of 270.82 (one meter) and 274.57 (three meter).

Kaduboski, whose sister Anne was an All-America for the Falcons in 2011, finished first in both the 100 yard backstroke (1:00.98) and the 200 back (2:11.52). She also placed second in the 200 individual medley (2:15.97) and was part of Bentley's winning 200 medley relay (1:55.06).

In addition, Bentley junior Kaitlin McGahie (Boylston/Tahanto Reg. HS) was named to the NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll.  She was a triple-winner for Bentley in Saturday's meet with victories in the 100 yard breaststroke (1:11.49), the 50 free (25.15) and the 100 free (54.60). In addition, she anchored the Falcons' winning 200 free relay team that finished in 1:44.51.

This week's schedule has the Falcons hosting St. Michael's Wednesday afternoon and competing at Keene State Saturday afternoon.
