WALTHAM, Mass. - #1 nationally ranked Pace continued its undefeated season with a 17-8 victory over #18 Bentley on Saturday afternoon.

The Falcons fell behind 7-0 in the first quarter and couldn't recover, though they did play the Setters more even in the 2^nd half with the visitors holding just a 7-5 edge on the scoreboard.

Falcons goalie Ashlee Wargo made seven saves in 44-plus minutes of action against 16 shots face. Pace's Samantha Tanguay made nine saves against 17 shots faced.

Amanda Davis led Bentley with three goals, her eighth hat trick of the season.

Maeve Johnson added two goals and one assist and now has 79 points on the season. That's already third most in a single season in program history, with at least two games to play.

Kristy Norko had a game, and career high, three caused turnovers.

The Falcons close out the regular season on Tuesday at Southern Connecticut. They can clinch a home game in the first round of the NE10 playoffs with a win.
