WALTHAM, Mass. – The #18 ranked Falcons stay within Massachusetts this week for a pair of games against #22 Assumption on Wednesday and AIC on Saturday.

Setting the Stage

The Falcons dropped a heartbreaker to #3 Adelphi in overtime on Saturday 14-13. That was their first NE10 game of the season and moved the team's overall record to 2-4. Of the six games, five have been against ranked foes.

The Greyhounds, 3-3 on the season and coming off a 10-9 win over Mercy in its last game, will be playing their first NE10 game of the season.

The Yellow Jackets are 1-3 on the season and host Saint Rose on Wednesday before traveling to Waltham for Saturday's game.

Davis Named Player of the Week

Amanda Davis was named the NE10 Player of the Week on Monday for the second time this season. Davis totaled 10 goals in two games, with seven against Adelphi and three in a win over Molloy on March 20.

Davis' seven goals against the Panthers was the most by a Falcon in a single game since Julia Glavin on March 27, 2021.

The Saunderstown, R.I., native has been highly efficient this season. She's scored on 86 percent of her shots on goal (18-21).

100 Points for Affolter

Senior midfielder Caroline Affolter recorded her 100^th career point on Saturday against Adelphi. She has 84 goals and 17 assists in just 49 career games.

She needs 17 more points to break into the program's top-15 all-time in career points and 63 more to break into the top-10.

With 16 more goals she'll become the 14^th player in school history with 100+ career goals.

Series History

Bentley leads the all-time series 26-4 over Assumption. They've won four straight in the series, including a 14-13 win in overtime at home last season.

The Falcons lead the all-time series over AIC 24-1 with 16 straight victories.
