Ochs, Lindgren Selected to Play in IWLCA Senior All-Star Game

WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley University women's lacrosse players, goalie Lauren Ochs (Rochester, N.Y./Irondequoit) and attacker Hannah Lindgren (Southborough, Mass./Algonquin), have been selected to play in the IWLCA's Division II Senior All-Star Game.

Ochs and Lindgren, who wrapped up their stellar Bentley careers earlier this month, are two of 22 players selected to play on the North team. They will take on a team off 22 players that comprise the South team. The game will take place on Saturday, June 2 at 12:45 at the US Lacrosse headquarters in Sparks, Md. A live stream will be available at IWLCA-tv.com

Lindgren led the Falcons in goals (40), assists (7) and points (47) for the second consecutive season. She was named 2nd team All-Northeast-10 for her efforts this season, and ended her career with the seventh most goals (122) and ninth most points (164) in program history.

Ochs was one of the top goalies in the NE10 during her time at Bentley. She started 51 of 52 games from her sophomore season on, including all 19 as a junior as she helped lead the team to a 13 win season and to the semifinals of the NE10 playoffs. She garnered a litany of awards for that season, which included being named a third team All-American by the IWLCA, and the NE10 Goalie of the Year.

Ochs finished her career with the second most wins (31) in program history and the fourth lowest goals against average (10.43), while playing the second most minutes (3,076).
