WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley University attacker Jackie Brown (Brookfield, Conn./Brookfield) has been named to the Northeast-10 Women's Lacrosse Academic All-Conference team, it was announced Tuesday.

Brown, who is majoring in corporate finance and accounting, was one of 19 women's lacrosse student-athletes named to the Academic All-Conference team. Selection is contingent upon being either a starter or significant contributor to the team and maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.30.

Brown finished the 2014 season second on the team in points with 39, coming on 32 goals and seven assists. Her 32 goals were second on the team to Carolyn Kynoch (Ashland, Mass./Ashland) and ranked tied for 17^th in the NE-10.

In three seasons at Bentley, Brown has amassed 81 goals and 19 assists for 100 points, which ranks 15^th on Bentley's career scoring list. She helped Bentley earn a berth to the NE-10 playoffs this season for the 13^th time in the program's 16-year history.
