Down late in the NCAA Division II East Regional women's basketball tournament on their own court, the Falcons needed something spectacular to extend their season. A year ago, it was four-year starting point guard Kim Brennan who delivered it with the final seven points of a comeback victory against Pace University in the regional final.

A year later, Brennan had graduated from the team when it again faced a deficit in the final minutes of an elimination East Region game. This time, it wasn't one Falcon who made all the plays to win the game – it was three of them.
