Bentley Finishes 12th of 39 at UMass Dartmouth Invitational
DARTMOUTH, Mass. – Bentley finished 12th as a team at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on Sunday and junior Sam Capobianco was the team's top finisher with a time of 25:20.9.
Capobianco was the 20th runner across the finish line of the 8K course.
Senior captain Matt Chicko was the Falcons' next runner to finish, with a time of 26:30.1. Right behind him was freshman Matthew Sebastyn with a time of 26:30.2.
Senior Cole Duval, the NE10 Athlete of the Week for men's cross country on Sept. 5, finished with a time of 27:17.1 and freshman Rocco Bueti crossed the line in 27:22.0.
Bentley's next race will be on Oct. 7 at the New Englands in Boston.
