EASTON, Mass. – Juniors Jack Deehan (Westwood/Westwood HS) and Brice Tolan (Abington/Abington HS) were the top performers for the Bentley University men's outdoor track and field team during the Stonehill Invitational Saturday.

The two both established her personal bests while placing fourth and sixth, respectively, in the 800 meters. Deehan's 1:55.74 was fourth best by a Northeast-10 Conference student-athlete this season and Tolan's 1:55.79 was sixth best Deehan bettered his previous best by 0.28 seconds and Tolan improved on his by 1.73 seconds.

Bentley's next highest finish came in the 400 hurdles with freshman Alex Lawes (Brick, N.J./Brick Township HS) fifth of ten with a 57.21.

Just missing a top ten finish was senior Derek Pittorino (Westborough/Westborough HS) in the 1500 meters. He was 11^th of 27 in 4:14.09 with his time improving on his previous best by 1.98 seconds.

Next weekend, Bentley will be back at Stonehill for the Northeast-10 Conference championships.
