Falcons senior Max Bonte won both of his No. 1 singles matches on Monday against both Rochester University and Saint Thomas Aquinas.

Rochester 4, Bentley 3

Bentley won the doubles point with a sweep. Bonte and Christian Duffy won the No. 1 match, 6-1. Ansh Chadha and Diego Ramos took the No. 2 match 6-2 and Gabe Horwitz and Liam Marr were victorious in No. 3, 6-0.

Rochester though rallied in singles by winning four of the six. Bonte took the No. 1 match in two sets, 6-3, 6-4. Chadha battled to a three set victory in No. 3, 3-6, 6-2, 6-0.

Saint Thomas Aquinas 5, Bentley 2

The Spartans won their third straight match to improve to 5-2 on the season.

Bonte fought to a victory in the No. 1 singles match over Don Vinz Lominoque. He dropped the first set 7-6, took the second set 6-2 then won the match in the third set tiebreak.

Gabe Horwitz was a straight sets winner in the No. 2 match, 7-6, 6-3 over Ondrej Sramek.
