Bentley Shuts Out Le Moyne 9-0
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Bentley men's tennis team won its second straight match, 9-0 over Le Moyne on Sunday afternoon in Northeast-10 action. The Falcons improve to 9-7 overall and 9-1 in the NE-10.
The shutout is Bentley's sixth of the year, all of which have come in conference play. Sophomore Lucas Wever (Sao Paulo, Brazil/Chapel School) led the way with two wins, improving his NE-10 record to 9-1 in singles, all played at the top-flight, and 8-2 in doubles.
Bentley closes out its regular season next Saturday at Merrimack. The Falcons would be the two-seed in the NE-10 Tournament with a win, but can be no lower than the third-seed.
