No.7 Florida Southern Beats Men’s Tennis 7-2

LAKELAND, Fla. – Seventh-ranked Florida Southern defeated the Bentley University men's tennis team 7-2 Monday afternoon in non-conference men's tennis.

The Moccasins improve to 7-3 on the season with their third straight win, while Bentley drops to 4-3 with the loss.

Florida Southern swept the doubles, but Bentley took two points in singles. Junior Victor Suski (West Hartford, Conn./Williams Hall) defeated Tejas Krishnan 6-2, 6-3 in number five singles and freshman Andrew Waddington (Granby, Conn./Granby Memorial) bested Kirk Kucin 7-5, 7-5 in number six singles.

Bentley is back in action Wednesday afternoon at Florida Tech.
