Before Bentley: 2008 graduate of Lord Beaverbrook High School ... played junior hockey with the Spruce Grove Saints of the Alberta Junior Hockey League for three seasons (2008-11)  … helped Spruce Grove win the 2010 and 2011 Enerflex Cups as AJHL champions … had a 26-26-52 scoring line during the 10-11 season, which was fourth on team in points, third in goals and fifth in assists … assistant captain that season ... had three assists during Spruce Grove’s playoff run to league title … had 13 goals and 14 assists for 27 points in 09-10 … posted a 31-30-61 line during the 08-09 season, tying for team lead in goals … named team Rookie of the Year ... scored four goals and had four assists in 13 playoff games that season.
