Bentley Golf Returns to New Hampshire for SNHU Penmen Invitational

WALTHAM, Mass. – A week after tying for fourth in the Granite State Opener, the Bentley University golf team will be back in Concord, N.H. for the 54-hole Penmen Invitational. Southern New Hampshire University will host the two-day event at the 6,449-yard Concord Country Club.

36 holes will be played on Monday with action beginning at 8:30 am with a shotgun start. Tuesday's final round is scheduled for 9 am.

The lineup that second-year Falcon head coach Brian Bain will be led by senior co-captains Timothy Picard (Dracut/Lowell Catholic HS) and Aidan Stuart (Madison, Conn./Daniel Hand HS). They will be joined by junior Nelson Eaton (Groton, Vt./St. Johnsbury Acad.), sophomore Zach Stewart (Pembroke/Duxo bury HS) and freshman Andrew teDuits (Charleston/Boston College HS).

Picard was Bentley's top finisher in the Granite State Opener, tying for 11th with a 72-74-146, and has a 74.3 stroke average during the fall's first two tournaments.

teDuits posted back-to-back 74s last week in his collegiate debut and both Stewart and Stuart have stroke averages under 75 to date. Eaton was Bentley's best in the Hartford Hawks Invitational, tying for third with a 74-70-144.
