LEBANON, Pa. – Sophomore Nelson Eaton (Groton, Vt./St. Johnsbury Acad.) was Bentley University's top finisher during the NCAA Division II Atlantic/East Regional, which concluded Saturday at the Iron Valley Golf Club.

Eaton rebounded from a rough start to tie for 59^th among 108 competitors. After a first-round 86, he turned in a 76 Friday and a 74 in the final round for a 54-hole score of 234.

On Saturday, Eaton birdied four holes, including three of the four par fives.

Bentley senior Jared Walter (South Windsor, Conn./South Windsor HS) closed out his collegiate career by tying for 70^th with a 79-78-79-236. His only birdie over the final 18 came on the par-four 441-yard tenth home.

The regional medalist was Dorie Groppuso of St. Thomas Aquinas, who topped the leaderboard following each round. He shot a final round 74 and finished with a four-under 212. That bettered Jordan Hyland (Davis & Elkins) by one stroke.
