Bio

Adam Griggs, a three-year starter and four-year letterwinner for the Falcons from 2002-05, is in the fourth year of his second tour of duty on the Bentley coaching staff. His duties this fall include special teams coordinator and working with the wide receivers.

Griggs, spent the 2012 season as offensive coordinator and offensive line coach at Assumption College, was previously the Falcons’ offensive line coach and recruiting coordinator from 2008-11.  Prior to that, he coached at Alvirne High School and Assumption (tight ends and assistant offensive line coach in 2007).

As a player for Bentley, Griggs was a two-time All-Northeast-10 center, including first team in 2004, and a team captain as a senior. In 2004, he also was selected as a Division II All-Northeast Region performer by Daktronics and the Don Hansen Football Gazette.

Griggs, 32, received his Bachelor of Science degree in information design and corporate communication from Bentley in 2006. Originally from Hudson, N.H., he now resides in Waltham.
