Bentley running back George Craan was profiled by Stephen Tobey for the Concord Journal. Here's his story which appeared online at concord.wickedlocal.com and in the Sept. 3 edition  of the newspaper.

CONCORD -- When he graduated from Concord-Carlisle High School in 2012, George Craan was looking forward to playing college football near his hometown and getting a top-notch education.

Three years later, he's playing college football near his hometown and getting a top-notch education, just at a different place.

Craan, who helped Concord-Carlisle to an Eastern Mass. Division 3 championship in 2011, is beginning his third year at Bentley University after spending one year at Boston College.

The Falcons open the season at Mercyhurst in Pennsylvania on Saturday, Sept. 5.
