Hill Named NEFW Division II/III All-New England
WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley University junior wide receiver Jeff Hill (Mansfield/Mansfield HS) has been named to the 2013 New England Football Writers Division II/III All-New England team following his outstanding season for the Falcons.
Hill and the rest of the All-New England team will be honored at the NEFW Captains and Awards Banquet on Thursday, Dec. 12 at the Montvale Plaza in Stoneham.
Hill, who was previously named to the All-Northeast-10 first team for the second straight season, caught 75 passes for 1,225 yards and 12 touchdowns for the 6-5 Falcons. The 1,225 passing yards was the third highest total in program history and the second most by any New England receiver this fall.
Hill's season included six 100-yard games, including four with at least 150, and at least two TD receptions five times, with a high of three against LIU Post.
Hill will begin his senior year with 132 receptions for 2,376 yards, 25 touchdowns and 150 points.
