Bio

As the Manager of Arena Operations, Ralph White oversees all aspects of managing Bentley’s multi-purpose arena including day-to-day operations, changeovers, event bookings and AV production for athletic and non-athletic events. The facility hosts Career Fairs, Speakers, Comedians, Student Events, Concerts and is home to the Division 1 Bentley Falcons hockey program.

White joined Bentley full-time in October of 2018 as the Assistant Manager of Arena Operations after a brief period consulting in conjunction with the grand opening of The Bentley Arena in February 2018. As the assistant manager, he led the event production and AV for all events including the broadcast stream of Division I hockey games and in-house show, while assisting with all other operations of the state-of-the-art facility.

Prior to Bentley, White was a manager of capital projects for a residential property firm in Boston full-time and a part-time freelance Production Director, Technical Director, and Camera Operator. Primarily working for the UMass Lowell River Hawks and the Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell, hewas heavily involved as they updated their control room and transitioned to the ESPN3/ESPNU platforms in basketball and hockey, as well as linear programming on NESN.
