WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley volleyball will take a five-match winning streak into Tuesday's Northeast-10 opener at Southern New Hampshire.

Nice to see you again

When Tuesday's match in Manchester begins at 7:00 PM it will have been just over 48 hours after these teams played in Waltham. In a non-conference match the Falcons swept to a 25-21, 25-21, 25-17 victory. Ellie Wheeler had 15 kills and Ingrid Murphy notched 13.

Libero of the Week

Junior Jazzy Burke was named the NE10 Libero of the Week on Monday for the second time in her career. She had 20 digs, one short of her season high, in the 3-1 victory over Franklin Pierce on Sept. 21. She then had 15 digs and averaged 5.00 per set in the team's 3-0 sweep over the Penmen.

Burke currently ranks fifth in the NE10 in digs (168) and sixth in digs per set (4.10).

Setter Natalie Thom was chosen to the NE10 Weekly Honor Roll. She had a season-high 26 assists in the win over the Penmen and 20 against Franklin Pierce.

Later in the week

The Falcons will trek up to Vermont to take on Saint Michael's on Saturday at 1:00 PM. Bentley leads the all-time series 36-1.
